Customer Service Agents – Omani Nationals
  1. Help resolve customer queries over the telephone.
  2. End-to-end Complaints handling by way of troubleshooting concerns and resolving them effectively within the time frame given.
  3. They are instrumental in conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys across locations over the phone and if required in person.
  4. Understand sales opportunities and promote sales by explaining available services.
  5. Directing the clients to the closest geographical locations post understanding their requirements.
  6. Respond to customer correspondence in appropriate manner.
  7. Accurately updating of customer accounts in terms telephone numbers, contact numbers and email Addresses.
  8. Using the provided training materials and job tools to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues.

Fitness Relations Executive (Sales Promoter)
  1. Are our front liners who assist customers with their queries, understand their Needs and Wants, help develop customized package plans to help achieve their goals.
  2. Instrumental in setting up appointments for the clients for services purchased or free trials.
  3. Help resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
  4. Help achieve pre-defined target goals set by the organization on a monthly basis.
  5. Consistently follow-up with clients for Renewals for Memberships & Services enrolled.
  6. Help provide after sales support including customer care.
  7. Help complete all formalities for clients, colleagues and superiors through set systems, policies and procedures.
  8. Last, but not the least they help enforce Organization’s regulations which govern every staff, members and functions of the facility.
